Ideal for those who already invert confidently from the ground and can hold intermediate tricks with control.
• You can do inside/outside leg hangs, brass monkey, and superman
• You’re working on Aysha, shoulder mounts, and aerial inverts
• You’re ready to refine your flow, combos, and transitions between tricks
This group suits dancers wanting to strengthen technique and expand their repertoire while maintaining beautiful form.

We recommend bringing comfortable pole attire, and some other workout gear if you’d like to do any training outside of the pole classes. Don't forget to pack grip aids!. Additionally, bring beachwear, sunscreen, and casual attire for leisure activities, as well as something nice to wear for the welcome dinner and other nice dinners you may want to organise.
